PG&E Probation Violation Case

A judge is now considering whether PG&E violated its probation by sparking the Kincade Fire in 2019. Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch charged PG&E with 5 felonies and 28 mistemeaner counts for the fire that destroyed homes and forced many to evacuate. PG&E is on probation for the 2010 explosion and fire in San Bruno. Terms of that probation included PG&E not commit another federal, state or local crime. Both go back to court June 2nd.
